My client is a leading environmental consultancy with offices throughout the UK, and they have an urgent requirement for an Environmental Economist to be based in their Leeds office and join the existing economics team.
Successful applicants will possess the following:
- an economics degree, and/or post graduate qualification in economics/environmental economics
- experience of working in a consultancy environment
- excellent communication and report writing skills
- familiarity with cost benefit analysis, environmental valuation and economic impact assessments would be a real bonus
- an understanding of policy in various environmental disciplines would also be advantageous.
