A successful Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental consultancy based in Nottinghamshire is looking to recruit an experienced Geoenvironmental / Geotechnical Engineer to join the existing team. You will be working on a wide range of projects and have excellent opportunities to progress your career as well as support to becoming Chartered.
1 - Site investigation, desk top studies, contaminated land and intrusive investigation,
of Greenfield and Brownfield sites.
2 - Working on projects either in the property or construction sector.
3 - Liaising with clients to ensure requirements are understood and met.
4 - Interpretive report writing.
5 - Phase 1 desk studies, through site investigation and monitoring, to final validation
and bid / tender management.
6 - Project management throughout the entire lifecycle.
7 - Be involved in contaminated land and slope stability projects.
1 - Degree educated in Geology or Civil Engineering.
2 - MSc is a distinct advantage.
3 - Desire to be involved in projects from very start to complete finish.
4 - Strong experience of a similar role with a consultancy.
5 - Client liaison experience.
6 - A full UK driving license is essential.
Minimum Level of Education - BSc in Geology, Civil Engineering or similar.
Any Other Qualifications - Master's degree desirable.
