Job Description

RemedX, a member of RSK Group plc, is a design-led remediation contractor that helps clients to solve their contaminated land and groundwater issues. They have considerable experience in the implementation of a wide variety of remediation technologies, which has resulted in the successful remediation of several hundred sites.

The company has an impressive list of clients including consulting engineers, architects, local and statutory authorities, government bodies, limited companies and private individuals.

We are looking for a senior consultant / remediation engineer with previous experience with remediation contracting, to become an integral member of the existing team. Your key responsibility will be the effective delivery of a wide range of remediation projects. Your role will include:.

- Client management
- Project management
- Management of project team
- Budgets
- Remediation pilot testing and peer review
- Remediation design and implementation
- Reviewing and writing reports
- Project quality.

The post will be based in Bristol, but our business serves clients across the UK. Any candidate interested in the role should therefore be prepared to travel across the country for meetings and site visits, and thus a full UK driving licence is essential.

Desired experience

We are looking for candidates with the following expertise:

- Strong track record in remediation project management
- Verification and closure of remediation projects
- Remediation process and design
- Understanding of remedial technologies
- Excellent technical report writing skills
- Sound communication skills
